  • We take shipping and delivery seriously. We strive to pride ourselves on a fast, safe, affordable, communicative and trustworthy delivering service. Below you'll find details for our shipping and delivery service.

  • Where we ship to

    Currently we ship to most areas on the main island of UK, including England, Scotland, Wales.

    If you wish the order to be shipped to the distant areas in the UK, such as North Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, please let us know in advance.

    It is also possible to ship to other countries as well, we are more than happy to tailor the shipping solution with you.

  • GUI's shipping mode

    FOB

    At GUI, we provide FOB price by default. That means, as our customer, you will need to cover for the international freight costs, insurance and other costs occur during the transition, such as custom tax and VAT. You will find the detailed shipping/delivery costs break down in your invoice and sales agreement.

    In order to make sure a smooth shipping/delivery process, you will be provided with a clear list of custom documentation needed. If you are missing any documentation or tracking information, please contact our customer support team at: cs@gui-studio.com.

    Ex Work

    You are more than welcome to pick up the order from our warehouse in China or let us ship the order to your designated location in China.

    Please note that in that case, you will be solely responsible for the shipping/delivery and custom control process. And thus GUI will not charge any shipping, delivery, custom costs besides the costs for products.

  • Shipping options

    We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us.

    1. GUI offer sea freight by default. Upon your request on orders' urgency, Air freight can be easily arranged for an expedite shipment and delivery.

    2. It is possible for you to pick up from the port/airport or our warehouse, although we would like to have the order delivered to your doorstep. In that case, please notify us in advance for schedule the pickup for your convenience.

  • Dispatch, Shipment and Delivery time

    While we put out the best to make the product logistic efficient for our customers, time regarding logistics may differ depending on the shipping method.

    1. Normally all products in your order will be shipped in the same batch once they are ready within 5 business days.The products will be patched and inspected carefully in our China warehouse.

    2. Depending on the freight method that applied to the order, time for the international shipping will be provided to you once the products are handled by the shipper.

      For sea freight orders, the shipping process will be around 20-50 days. In case of air freight, it will take around 3-5 days before the products reaches the destination border.

    3. Once the products reaches the destination border, the custom control process starts. Normally it will take another 2-3 business days to complete the custom clearance unless a random custom inspection. In the case of the inspection, there might be a small delay, which we will always keep you notified to stay up to date.

    4. The next step is the local delivery. GUI cooperate closely with our freight forward agencies to speed up the last-mile delivery. Normally the order will be delivered to your doorstep for another 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Fee

    Any possible shipping fee will be discussed and agreed in detail beforehand.

    Shipping fee includes all costs associated with logistics during the process.

    1. For FOB mode, there will be freight costs, custom import tax/VAT and the local delivery costs.

    2. For Ex Work mode, you will NOT be charged for any costs mentioned above.

  • Logistic partners

    GUI want to provide the best possible solutions to our customers for a fast, communicative and cost-efficient logistic experience. Therefore we select our logistic partners carefully around the world.

    All our logistic partners are creditable, trustworthy logistic companies who have successful operational experience in both UK and China. Including freight forwarding, custom clearance, warehousing and local delivery, the service cover all the steps before the order is well received by you under the ideal status.

    With expertise and knowledge, we will make sure your order is taken care of, to ensure a smooth international transition.

  • ORDER TRACKING

    A real-time tracking will be provided to you as soon as the order is processed for shipping. You will be updated for each step of the transition.

  • Multiple deliveries

    By default GUI sends out all products in an order in one shipping container. However, it is always possible to customize the solution for your preference. Please contact our customer support team at: cs@gui-studio.com, for your specific requirements.

    In the case of multiple shipping and deliveries, you will be provided with multiple tracking per shipping order.

  • CUSTOM CLEARANCE

    Normally GUI and our logistic partner will handle the custom clearance on your behalf, meaning it is 100% trouble free for you!

    In order to pass custom control, the importers of UK are required to provide these documents to the UK custom when the items reaching UK border:

    1. Commercial invoice

    2. Bill of landing

    3. Packing list

    4. Extra certificates (if required, e.g for special material)
