By doing any of the foregoing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use this Website nor make transactions in any kind, and your sole remedy is to stop using this Website.

You are only entitled to use this Website for lawful purposes and pursuant to these Terms. Your use of this Website is restricted to gathering information about products offered for sale on our Website and purchasing products offered for sale on our Website. By using this Website or otherwise submitting information to GUI studio through this Website, you represent and warrant to GUI studio that you:

Your use of this Website may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of this Website, or other actions that we may take in our sole discretion and from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the availability of this Website, or any portion or feature of this Website, at any time and in our sole discretion and without prior notice. You, and not GUI studio, are solely responsible for maintaining, protecting, backing-up and providing redundant access to your Customer Information, Personal Information and User Generated Content (each as defined below).

During the order process, we will ask you to provide us with personal or business information including but not limit to your name, VAT/GST number, address, zip code, phone number and email address. You are able to access, alter or expand on your personal data provided to us. These details are stored within our customer database and are used consistent with the terms of our Privacy Policy. In principle, GUI studio will not supply personal data to third parties, unless this is required in order to execute an agreement with the consumer, for instance to fulfill the order delivery. Except as set forth in our Privacy Policy, your personal data will not be used without your consent.

All orders placed on our Website are subject to the acceptance of these Terms.

When placing an order on our Website you can choose to register with us and provide a username and password (“log-in details”). Information that you provide on this Website must be complete and accurate at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise as a result of any failure by your security or the security offered by a third party. After placing an order, you will receive a written confirmation from us to the acceptance of your order. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. Tracking information of the order will be provided as soon as the product is ready for ship. The order will be processed further only when contract between us (“Contract”) is or is viewed as signed without separate statement from either party.

We process payments as soon as Contract is signed. We use third party merchant service provider to receive and validate your payment information. The order will be processed further only when agreed payment can confirm to be settled according to the Contract.

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to our order and payment confirmation process, which includes the right to validate your payment information.

Except for an error as discussed below, the price you pay for a product is the price that was communicated at the time Contract is signed. We use reasonable endeavors to ensure all prices communicated via the Website are accurate. However, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order with the actual price or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will automatically be cancelled. If you cancel the order, but already paid for the order, we will refund you the full amount paid. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices for products on the Website exclude taxes/VAT. All sizes, measurements and dimensions are approximate. We try to display them as accurately as possible, yet we cannot guarantee they are absolutely correct. We use reasonable endeavors to display pictures of the products as close as possible to their actual representation.

In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the cancellation, the latest published Returns & Refund policy shall prevail.

Unless special agreement, orders applies responsibilities as defined as FOB(Free on Board). In that context we do not hold responsibility for its security or accuracies during international transit, including but not limit to the case that extra shipping and delivery service is included in the order. Delivery charges and timeframes vary depending on the delivery address, the type of product you order and the status of the purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we endeavor to meet our estimated delivery dates, occasionally, due to unforeseen factors, delays in delivery occur. We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timeframes if it is wholly or partly caused by circumstances which do not lie within our control.

If no one is available at your delivery address to accept the order, a note will be left to advise you of the current location of your order. Alternatively, your order may have be returned to one of the carrier's depots, and the note will provide information about how you can take delivery of your order.

The risk of damage or loss of products remains our responsibility until the earlier of the date the product is shipped to the domestic port, before the international transit starts.

In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the shipping and delivery, the latest published Shipping policy shall prevail.

Return rules will apply depending on the nature of the product. If you wish to return a return eligible product purchased through the Website, you must inform us in writing by e-mail at: cs@gui-studio.com. We will arrange for a return of the product to us, provided that the product is in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. To receive a no charge return, you have an obligation to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may deny the no charge return and charge you for the product.

If you believe that you have received defective, damaged or incorrect products, you must inform us in writing by e¬mail at: cs@gui-studio.com within a reasonable period of time. Please do not return the product to us without communicating with us and requesting a return. We will respond and contact you to discuss an appropriate remedy and may offer you (without limitation) a repair or replacement parts, a replacement product or a full refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund the price of a defective, damaged or incorrect product in full, any applicable delivery charges and we will arrange for no charge return of the product to us.

We offer a cooling off period of 60 calendar days, starting from the earlier of the date the product is delivered to you or the date the first delivery attempt was made. During this period, you may unpack and assemble the item to see if it is to your liking. You may also try it, similar to the way would in a physical store, as long as you do not put it to actual use. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling off period ends.

We strongly suggest you check the contents of the package directly after receipt. If the item is damaged or incomplete, then please let us know by contacting our customer service team at cs@gui-studio.com

If there are no quality issues with the item, but you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, then you may also return it during this 60 calendar day cooling period. This also applies to clearance and sale articles.

We have the following requirements for a return:

1. The item is complete;
2. The item is in its original packaging; and
3. The item is in the same condition in which you received it.

If you want to request a return, please contact us by email at cs@gui-studio.com within 60 calendar days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request we will provide you with the return procedure. Please do not send any items back to us of your own accord, as our returns procedure is free of charge, and allows us to keep track of the shipment through our courier's systems.

In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the return, the latest published Returns & Refund policy shall prevail.

If you cancel an order in accordance with these Terms, then we will refund any money paid by you after the ordered product has been returned to us in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. To receive a refund, you have an obligation to take reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may deny the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when paying for the product.

In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the refund, the latest published Returns & Refund policy shall prevail.

Most concerns involving this Website can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our customer service department. If you are unable to resolve your concern within 10 business days of contacting our customer service department, then either party may file a claim pursuant to these platforms to resolve the dispute.

No amendment, change or waiver of any portion of these Terms will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GUI studio. The failure of GUI studio to require performance of any obligation under these Terms will not affect our right to enforce any provision of these Terms at a subsequent time, and the waiver of any rights arising out of any breach will not be construed as a waiver of any rights arising out of any prior or subsequent breach. If any court of competent jurisdiction deems unlawful, void or unenforceable any part of these Terms, the applicable document as a whole will not be deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, but only that portion of the applicable document that is unlawful, void or unenforceable will be stricken. Your rights and obligations under these Terms and your right to access and use this Website are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you.

No person other than a party to this agreement shall have any rights to enforce any term of this agreement.
